Privacy Policy
GlowReport stores the account, subscription, and report information needed to deliver your saved face reads across iPhone and web.
What we collect
We may collect your email address, Apple sign-in details, subscription status, scan images you choose to upload, and the report outputs generated from those images.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, generate your reports, save your history, sync your access across devices, and provide support when needed.
Face Data, Camera Data, and TrueDepth
When using the GlowReport iOS app, GlowReport may use the device camera and Apple TrueDepth camera capabilities during a scan to help detect temporary facial landmark positions and guide the scan experience.
TrueDepth data is processed locally on the user's device only. GlowReport does not collect, store, upload, share, sell, or retain TrueDepth depth maps, Face ID data, biometric identifiers, or facial geometry.
TrueDepth information is used only during the live scan session and is discarded after the scan session ends.
If a user chooses to complete a scan, GlowReport may process the submitted image and generated report data to provide the appearance report, saved scan history, and progress tracking features. This submitted image/report data is separate from TrueDepth data and is handled according to this Privacy Policy.
Storage and providers
Account and report data is stored using our backend providers, including Supabase for authentication and storage, RevenueCat for subscription state, and Apple for in-app purchase processing where applicable.
Your choices
You can contact us to request support or account deletion. Subscription management for App Store purchases remains available through Apple.
